Crisis Management and Leadership

Crisis Management and Leadership

The “Crisis Management and Leadership” learning material is designed for 21 hours of asynchronous distance training and is intended for managers, business owners and team leaders.

Across seven thematic units, it covers identifying and preventing crises, preparedness and business continuity planning, immediate response and coordination, communication under pressure and decision-making in critical situations. It also examines the leader’s role in supporting the team, restoring operations and using experience to drive future improvement.
